The delivery time for all of our products is three to four weeks. We feel it is important to keep you informed about the expected delivery date, so we make sure that the delivery time stated for every product is kept up to date at all times. Once you have placed your order, we will inform you about the expected delivery date by email.

Once your order is ready for delivery, the delivery driver will call you to schedule a delivery time. Delivery is only possible on business days (Monday to Friday).

Important: The commissioned delivery driver will deliver your order to the first door of the building. If you live in an apartment building, this means the front door of the building. In other words, they will not carry the items to a different floor. In some cases, the delivery driver may help you carry the order into your home, but this is not required and the driver is simply doing this to be helpful. Your Washtower cupboard will be delivered as a whole (pallet + order).

The delivery fee depends on the country it needs to be shipped to. See below an overview (with the exception of different Islands and/or other places with higher delivery fees, for that we calculate the delivery upfront).

If you're currently renovating your house and unsure when you can receive the washing machine and dryer cabinets, we have a solution. You can place an "On Demand Order" during checkout by mentioning it in the comments field. Once you're ready for delivery, just send us an email, and we'll start the process. Please allow a few weeks for delivery after sending the email, depending on the country it has to be send to.
